From planting the seed, to harvesting and processing, we do every step on our farm to ensure the best quality.
All our products are seasonal and produced in small batches to capture the true flavor of each ingredient.
We do not use any added flavor, food coloring or preservative. To support local economic development,
all our products are made at the farm by women from our village.
Our nut butters are made using high quality organic nuts, all sourced in Bayan with our community of local farmers. We do not use any preservative, food coloring or added flavor.

Saifana’s pure raw honey is sustainably harvested in the highlands of Bayan by the Indigenous Community. The forest on the Rinjani Mountain offers a safe habitat and wild flora for bees to thrive.

Our organic cashews are individually hand-cracked and sun-dried to leave the smallest carbon footprint. We do not use any forced heating or machine to preserve all the precious raw nutrients and the natural creamy-sweet taste.

The flowers used in the teas are handpicked and dried at the farm. Each bag contains flowers only, nothing else is added. These herbal teas offer various health benefits and are still used as natural remedies in traditional medicine. But they are more than just teas, they can be also used in sauces, desserts or even cocktails.

Every Wednesday we deliver around Lombok. We offer organic fruits and vegetables as well as various home made products such as spreads, herbal teas, syrups and roasted cashews.
All our produce are grown using regenerative farming methods and without any chemical fertilisers and pesticides.
Your order is harvested a few hours before being delivered to your doorstep. All our fruits and vegetables are washed thoroughly with running water before being packaged.
We proudly use compostable packaging only such as banana leaves, paper bags or cardboard.

Thanks to the growing demand in organic produce, we were able to create a community of local organic farmers (all located less than 10 km away from Saifana).
Whether it is a community garden, a farm, or simply a passionate home gardener, we support each one of our partner by :
providing training and advice in natural farming practices
handing out seeds and seedlings
offering fair income to encourage the transition from conventional to organic farming.
We are currently in the process of creating a farmers cooperative as our network of local producers is growing rapidly.
